I am contemplating getting the Nook for both reading and as a substitute for my old bulky laptop. I'm not sure how viable this device is for browsing. If anyone happens to have one, I'd greatly appreciate any insight you might have regarding its use for browsing.

There is no hard and fast figure. However, for the sake of a ball park figure, I'd say about $600 on average is a realistic guestimate. Keep in mind, they'll be some weeks in which you earn over $1,000 and others in which you'll earn next to nothing.
