Where does 10,000 gvw fall?
If I purchase a 10,000 gvw chassis, is it subject to DOT or not? In other words, is it 10,001 and above for DOT control, or 10,000 and above? Would appreciate it if someone who really knows would set me straight. Thanks!!!!;)- Chicken Leg

UNDER 10,000 GVWR & DOT REGULATIONS
I have been thinking about buying a Sprinter 3500 cutaway cab and having a Supreme 14' box added. Since the GVWR is 9990, I was wondering if there is any truth to what have been told.
