If it's white smoke it's unburned diesel fuel built up in your cylinders. This is a common occurrence,black smoke can mean bad injectors,turbo problems,dirty filters ,bad fuel.

Today I drove my 2005 Chevy Malibu about 400 miles round trip from my home to Tallahassee FL to renew the trucks IRP for 2006. Per the built in menu I did 35.4 MPG with an average speed of 68 MPH. Not too shabby plus the car IMHO is as good as a Camary or Honda and at least $3-4 K cheaper..

The problem I have found with Blinker Fluid is that unless you get Grade 90 or above sometimes the oposite signal will start blinking. This is due to the curvature of the lines bringing the Blinker fluid to the blinker.

I do not know of any expedite Companies based in the Maritmes,most of the Canadian Companies that I see are based in the Toronto or other Ontario locations. There may be some in Montreal.
