Guess you haven't seen current Van rates if your looking for .90 to 1.00. You could always give unicorn logistics a call. Seriously wish you luck but those are hard to find rates on a constant basis. Often your more apt to get higher rates on shorter loads.

I first screwed a piece of 3/4 ply to the wall that ran all the way to the floor. I screwed attached the bed to that using 4 heavy 4 inch hinges. My thinking is the van metal isn't supporting the entire weight it also transfers weight to the floor. I weigh about 210 the one full length drop down...
