I have no problem with this. My wife now make about 15% less and we pay close to 20% of the premium for health benifits. I want to see the administrators do the same.

I agree to everything you said on principle, However, this also applies to all levels of government and all levels of school districts from superintendents on down. It may be time for a part time legislature ( we know this won't happen).
