Depending on the size of this corporation... I'd try to balance internal costs and increase per mile pay across all classes maybe only .03-.05 per mile to show O/O's I am sincere. This would hopefully make for some happier O/O's and slow the revolving door so I could cut recruiting costs this...

You mean detention/wait time? Remember DX pays TOTAL wait time on the load...that is if you wait 3/4 hour to load and 3/4 to unload..you will get paid 1/2 hr. D time/wait time.

I have a friend stuck in Erie area as well was inundated with cheap offers all day too....he couldn't get to sleep proper with the beeping all day. Even with no hours available to drive these offers kept coming...appears some twinking is needed.

For me I'd say it's just personal preference...I have a fold down bunk and 3 skid capacity. And sometimes I prefer to sleep in my chair....again personal choice. Most of my loads are for height anyways.
