There's a few thousand square feet up in Vandalia next to FedEx I'd like to get my hands on. Not terribly expensive but it's an older building. Even has Tarmac access. 1 ramp and 1 DH dock. Just need some more units rolling in the fleet to justify. Love me some storage and crossdock customers!!
