Here's a sample page of a lockout reset from a Webasto manual. I'm not telling you it will work, I'm saying you need the manual for that unit (maybe ask them where you bought it from). It does say you need to correct the problem before resetting. One lockout mode occurs when power is removed...

If you make the switch over to Android, Navigator is free (Google play store) and can be used offline, or points searched from Google Maps. I use it to store all my routes and points of interest so I don't have to mess with a laptop. Also good for planning those "what if" scenarios. Funky...
