I believe the engine that comes in the class 7 paccar is sleeved and rebuild-able. You get more weight capability and air brakes etc as mentioned but then have the cdl requirement. I have a b w/ hazmat so I'm good on that... overqualified sprinter driver :) It's good to hear the pros and cons...
