Because of our flex hours of work I don't know if a hard target number is even possible...say if you tie into a cross country and back, your focus is on the log book, you'll not want to cook a lot on the move....A Best guess estimate would be my choice......

The regular internet it is just fine....haven't tried my smart phone access for awhile...

Usually a person will gain weight when they quit smoking because food taste so much better.... Part of the reason for my miserable personality I've been fighting 2 demons...lol
