IMO they should....you are the owner operator, they work for you, you work for them.... teamwork.. BTW we have an O/O who ran a load for .76 outta there and the next van in order went for .80 as I was #3...and we spent a week down there.....a fun week at that, very good people.

I've never yet had a dispatcher or load planner to even suggest one of my "fishin hole' areas yet...they will always suggest big centers like Chicago, Indy, Cincy/Dayton, Dallas and so forth...pretty generic and thoughtless IMO....where vans are a plenty and bidding fierce...
