    How do you make money with a cargo van?

    Gentleman this is a long running debate on every board/ forum and I have the dividing factor for me.... SLEEPER! I'm never without a comfy place to sleep or place to eat.... I will not give up good sleep for a load :) just my humble opinion :)

    My 2008 has literally generated $700k initial cost 45k yearly fuel 28k lifetime maintain 8600 ruff # 80k a year if you can't live off that better hand the checkbook to someone else ! Edit: forgot 3 sets of tires at $1200 each .... Oh and I do my own work on everything ;)

    an undermounted genny with roof A/c so i can quit idling my sprinter! (already deleted EGR and DPF ) I would love it to make 1,000,000

    you'll find that is part of the evap purge system on your gas tank it recycles the creates a vacuum in the fuel system and burns excess vapor in the motor :D also known as a charcoal canister in the olden days should also contain an evap purge valve!

    as long as the humidity is low you could try this? Build your own DIY 5 gallon bucket no-ice evap air conditioner

    Well as stated before get some insulation on those walls! Also if you block off most of the rear of the van into a small living area the engine a/c on recirculate will keep you from sweating to death .... Otherwise buy a genny and a portable a/c unit

    Just FYI A light diesel smell on a T1N1 is often the vent on the tank being blown off by the BIG truck filling nozzles!

    Smelling diesel is not good you need to have it checked out ASAP shy of a little sooty standing outside of the tailpipe you should smell nothing but your BO when you've been driving too many days without a shower ;)

    Your in t1n1 right? Good luck shy of a Generator and portable A/C unit the crap tastic engine A/c probably can't save you! But the #1 thing INSULATE INSULATE INSULATE!
