Now : phone call confirming...

    "Smart Carriers" would utilize thier often bragged about partnerships and use the over capacity there is now, instead of putting on more....and we'd keep everyone a bit more busy...especially slower times....

    IF I were the carrier I'd have it in the contract that the owner could only pull so many vans at a time within a specified time period...
