As I look around our fine membership. How is it some can run just fine with their respective carriers? And the we read posts of disgruntled drivers bad mouthing the very same carriers and some even leaving the biz, claiming they can't make it. We have: Turtle and Moot...long time Panther van...

In all my time they've never just sent the weight over the QC...they've sent other info like contact name...but never just the weight...

By the news I am hearing Corporate America is doing just that adapting to the new rules....IF only they would have left the forced part out somehow, this would be more easier to swallow.

If a driver is just following a fleet owners instructions on what to turn down...the driver shouldn't be punished...punish the fleet owner where the blame really is...if the owner pays the fuel they could take say .05 off the FSC and that would only hurt the owner...not the driver
