Well Joe you are out voted..even my conservative wife wants some kind of reform... She happens to think the US is too great and wonderful country and rich in resources to let our ill and hurt go without some kind of care...cut aid to other countries keep the money here and help those Americans...

wonder what would happen if the government said... ok insurance companies we are stepping back..go wild, no regs and you can compete across state lines....one rule..you must cover the high risk, and we will subsidize the balance of that policy based on income....would be very much cheaper all...

Reality check..they are going to tax us...period...no matter... so tax the things I don't have to buy instead of the things I do have to buy....

Oh..but they got you 75% more loaded miles last year...so you can make it up by driving more....:rolleyes: work more = make the same.. If we walked in there and announced to salary staff that their pay was cut 15% BUT I would allow them to work overtime to help make it up....how would that go...

they taxed junk food long ago in most states cept Ohio and thats their own fault... Junk foods should be taxed it is a luxury item...if you can afford a bag of chips or chocolate bars then you have excess money that should be used to help buy your health care or pay down your truck payment...
