another perk lost due to "competition" the 15-25% team surcharge...thus again reducing the income..BIG carriers really sold us down the river...

They will usually send a fork truck or whatever to front gate...or if its light enough leave at guards shack...or they could just refuse you...and your carrier would have to find a solution.... Thing is carriers and brokers should know....refineries and the rules...facial hair could be a problem...
