While Ford may have been out of his league in the oval office, the country needed healing and he was the right person to do it. IMHO of course.

Ya really do need to have a contract. A contract that spells out the responsibilities of all parties. Otherwise, when shlt hits the fan everything is just a he said, she said situation.

In retrospect, Ford was the right person at the right time.
