Yes, the system will do that. If it generates revenue on an order, it will reset. That would be another good enhancement, but I can't get the first one to work right!!!!!! :mad:

FYI - we are experiencing a number of issues with the modification. It seems to be causing more harm than it is helping at this point. We may be pulling this system change out if they can not get it rectified. :mad:

I am checking into this. We have an interface with NLM so this may be something that can be mapped or programmed. I will check it out.

I would have to say a TON of people. Being from "the other side of the fence", EO has been a great learning resource. I have learned a lot, good and bad. It really has helped to give me the ability to get a feel for what is going on in the industry. It also lets me test ideas, get feedback...

Every carrier has goods and bads, things that are great and things that can be improved. What is one thing you love about your carrier, and what is one thing you think is a downside? I guess current carrier or a past one works as well. Let's keep it positive and constructive.
