We aren't changing anything other then not moving a truck down to the bottom of the list for turning down a load that has a really low rate. No other change. I am really missing how anyone could not be happy with this after I explained it.

It isn't about taking the load. It is simply saying anything below a threshold won't reset a drivers hours upon a turn down. Life was easier before we tried to relax the policy????

Sadly as rates fall, insurance costs appear poised to keep climbing as more and more insurance companies are exiting the trucking market due to losses.

Well that was a hectic day.

Not sure I agree with number 2. The bid boards generally sell the concept of the "market" of the boards providing a savings to the customer vs a direct carrier relationship. So if anything large carriers lost some direct accounts they had and managed to the bid board providers.
