Kind of a double negative deal. If the post is negative, death, illness, etc I would think a negative response is appropriate. You should dislike a negative post, not like it. And the opposite is true. Just my opinion.

There’s no law that says FSC has to be passed along. Companies pay what they need to keep the fleet at an acceptable level.
