7 quarts of tomatoes put up.. Takes a ton if tomatoes for that and took me all morning! Did use one up already with my stuffed pepper and hamburger soup.

Looks like I'll be cleaning up the yard today....that wind was horrific yesterday. Looks like a big branch of the Russian olive is laying in the back yard and lots of other debris. Not to mention all the leaves on the deck..

I'm formulating a plan..... Or in OVM terms..I was thinking..lol

Just waking up while you're sleeping..had to turn on the heat too...Feels like fall is here!

58 degrees, high winds and I can smell the smoke in the air from out west. It may take a couple of cups of coffee to get motivated today! I think the spiders know something...huge cobwebs on my deck this morning..the biggest I've seen this year.

Busy week this week..Ken just got another one!

18 pints of salsa done..adding to the 6 I already made plus 3 quarts of spaghetti sauce in the cupboard!

And I've got about 2 gallons of salsa brewing..whew!

Oh man..My son suffered from that...I feel for you Mark!

Good Morning Dear...I'm happy it's working out! So it's gonna be in the 90's here today and I've got a couple of boxes of tomatoes to process..was thinking one more big batch of salsa and then on to just canned tomatoes? Whatcha think?
