i always thought of load securement from the stand point that you can't have anything to secure. i used to get picked on by other drivers when i pulled flatbeds. they would say i had so many bungees on my tarp that they could hold the tarp and load down as well. :)

I also think when the Mexican trucks start running up here we armerican's should show them how unwelcomed they are and make them think twice about coming back.

when i was with panther they were pretty good about offering those good 800 mile runs that you knew you could legally complete then let you eat 100 miles of dead head just to get 150-200 loaded miles then make you swap out. that was part of the reason i left.

Night, That's a good way to pay for the fuel and still encourage the driver's to be frugal even thought it's not coming out of thier pocket. I wouldv'e never thought of that. That's why I love this site.
