I think the only thing you need to take with you is the owners phone number so you can call him and tell him to get you a truck with a real sleeper on it, not a little 44" cubby hole........that's what I'd do! lol oh yeah, and I vote for the blonde too!!!!!!!! :)

One thing I've been taught about driving trucks....... Rule of thumb, get into a lower gear "before" you break the crest of the hill. And whatever gear it took you to get to the top, that's the gear you should be in going down the other side. Let the gearing help you down the other side but...

Was curious on how the solo straight truck drivers are doing at Tri-State. Thinking of going back with them. They keeping ya'll busy? Making any money or running all those short piddly loads.

We ran with Tri-State and never took loads into Canada or NYC.... well, ran two loads to Canada and ended up deadheading out..... And we never "sat" because we didn't do canada or NYC..........they always kept us busy, no matter where we were......I take that back, took a load to Calexico, Ca...
