The first two days are paperwork and training videos, you have physicals and drugs tests, and the last day is a partial day with a tour of headquarters and meeting fleet coordinators. Not to mention vehicle inspections in there too.

I actually liked the workflow set up. It made things easier for us.

Since most people make their sleepers in vans, I think it is something that is quite often overlooked. Most peoples beds are also not stationary either, especially in the larger vans due to needing to be able to move for three skids. I honestly have never seen any form of bed restraints in a van...

Why not put it in a roaster pan in your hotel room and run up every now and the to stir it. Then all you gotta do is carry it down

Remember what you add in weight as far as batteries takes away from weight you can carry.
