Well in my case i cant do any worse by going to fedex c.c. My check last 2 weeks was $1000 and this 2 weeks it looks like $1300...So i have nothing to loose...lol

If you are referring to the idle law in new york then yes they where enforcing it last week when i was there.I pulled in middletown,ny to use the restroom and ah take care of my log book and i wasnt there even 5mins and i had a MR. DOT at my door tell me about the idle law.

Didnt KY put a little sticker on your windshield that showed you have been dot by there state???I think its good for 3 months.I got one and they see that and they dont do dot inspects.They just check my log and what not.

Some stations will even bring in some Kerosene and add it to the diesel tank in the ground with out you even knowing this thins it out and keeps it from Gelling up...But they only do this in extreme cold conditions and that is in michigan.Might be different in other places.
