Fritzy can you explain your definition of a non cdl 22 foot straight truck hauling commercial freight? Is the straight truck licensed at under 25,999 lbs gvw? I thought all of the rules were covered with you last month,as Crazy said any vehicle hauling commercil freight that is over 10,000 lbs...

But sometimes the shoe is on the other foot. Some drivers will refuse to check fluid levels or change a simple bulb or they might change the bulb and want to be paid for their 5 minutes of labor. A Good working relationship is what counts for both parties to be successfull.

Well EO does have long stretches where there are no problems but then along comes someone who wants to stir the pot.I think the modertors keep a hands off approach until it starts getting real personal such as locking up that guy Marvin Wagner a few days ago. All in All EO works.

If you don't know your equipment and a inexperienced tow truck driver blows it up that is your problem. But I agree with Rich, When my truck needds service I want the most experienced mechanic that is available to work on it,not some kid who just graduated Diesel School. A Team puts down...

I don't come on EO very often but I think OOIDA is certainly better then nothing. Mr FortWayne appears to be one super BI Polar individual. One time he sent me a message to support OOIDA and now he is 100% against them. I have to question his motives,appears to just be a negative troublemaker...

Thanks for all of the replies. I did find out that the Volvo that had the problem started out as a day cab and had a huge sleeper and box added on. I guess if you stay with the factory configuration you will be ok, but none the less I think I will look at Pete's.
