Normally the form a company will ask you to fill out asks for any violations/accidents that you recieved/involved in during the year. It will also ask for the disposition of the ticket,etc. List the ticket and if the charges were dismissed, say so.. Keep you records from the court, someone...

I recently had my truck in the shop for frame work and some mechanical repairs. The place is Richards Truck repair. Not only was the work superior, but also timely as promised. The rate is $50.00 hr compared to the local Petro @ $80.00. The place is a hole in the wall, but worth the drive.:)
