Favorite Places to Eat

I enjoyed reading everyone's favorite restaurant recommendations in this discussion. It's always interesting to discover new places and see which diners people keep coming back to for breakfast and comfort food.
For anyone who enjoys classic diner meals, I also follow the Waffle House Menu closely. It features popular items like signature waffles, hashbrowns, breakfast platters, melts, and sandwiches. I run a website dedicated to the Waffle House Menu where visitors can explore menu options and updated prices. It's a great resource for breakfast lovers looking to compare different diner-style restaurants and find their next favorite meal.

Favorite places to eat is a good one but honestly my biggest upgrade on the road wasn't a restaurant — it was finally sorting out my coffee situation.

Used to stop at every truck stop thinking I'd find a decent cup. Mostly burnt burnt burnt. Started bringing my own grounds and running a small drip brewer off the inverter. Game changer.

Now I run Blacktop Life coffee — small outfit started by a trucker, specifically roasted for OTR life. Dark, no-nonsense, actually tastes like coffee and not motor oil. Been running it for a few months and I won't go back to truck stop swill. Keeps you rolling without the crash you get off that watery diner stuff.

If you're spending serious time behind the wheel, your coffee setup deserves as much thought as your routes. Just my two cents.
