I bought a 3 gallon Marine fuel tank and its suction/pressure feed, i also put a shut of valve on the fuel line going to the genny that way i can just remove it, store it and put it in when i use my genny

This what i was thinking of doing, of coarse i have to strap it down

Someone told me that DOT will give me a ticket if they saw an external fuel tank with gasoline in it, thats why im curious if this real or not. I have both of my generator and external gas tank stored in the tool box but its becoming to be a pain to keep taking it out and putting it back in

Just wondering on whats the DOT rule for carrying a portable 3 gallon gas tank for my generator on my Straight Truck? Do i need a placard? Does it have to be hidden so that DOT wont see it?

Hello, i have 2011 Hino 338, i've been doing the manual regen for about 2 hours now and for some reason it wont stop, back then it usally take 30 min but this time it wont stop. Code that i saw is p141f. Please advice thanks

No it doesnt crank up, i dont think its the battery since it always happens after i gassed up and usually drive for over an hour before i gas up. Is it possible that i turn the key to fast since hino trucks needs a few seconds to start up?
