Five years with Panther, van and straight truck. My wife and I team together. In another life I was an independent insurance agent, a QC manager, a retail manager and a professional college student, making my money by writing student research grants. Academic background in applied anthropology and GISc. Too old to be a shovel bum, too antsy to sit in a cubicle and too independent to work for someone else for a paycheck anymore. Putting a fleet of my own together because I'm too entrepreneurial to drive for someone else without wondering if I could do it better. Plus retirement would be nice when we are too broken down to pass the medical.
