I am told by my mechanic that I need to replace the tranny ECM on my old fl-112 2004 with eaton -fuller auto shift...checked on new one it is almost 2k at freightliner and he says that we are supposed to replace the harness with it...any ideas?? Part # K4195 thanks frank

its all about the money...now they wont have to pay expenses of thermal mapping at green...you will pay for it online...they are doing everything to put all costs on us.

My shop tells me I have a seeping freeze plug that needs replaced..i will do this but since its such a pain to get to should I have them replace all of them or not? Anyone have experience with this engine?? thenks Frank

I have a 2004 truck and a 2005 reefer, truck just got a one year extension and is compliant until dec 31 2013, however reefer is 7 years past engine manuf. date which means it expired dec 31,2012 and is non-compliant....go figure.. frank

Im guessing that you are seeing trucks that partcipated in the first test group(like i did) and they have yet to get back in to get the larger logos that all will get eventually....mine had to be changed in the back only because they ran vertically and Fred didnt like that and made the changes...

it is computed by your weekly revenue not weight...the more you make the more it cost because the higher the revenue the higher the payout on a percentage basis. frank

Has anyone ever used the Dura=Seal products that seal head and gasket leaks? Want to try them if they really work.
