A transit 150 might be to light.
You +your gear+full tank take that van to a scale at a truck stop and weight it subtract that weight from the driver side door sticker....thats the weight your van can legally carry.
you get pulled over you need 3 things in your hands ready to give to the cop .
1. Your driver's license
2. Your insurance for the van/box truck
3. The bill of laiding.
If they want to search the truck you best hope it's clean of anything illegal or your going to jail and the truck...
If too bright white get yellow window tint which will do 2 things . 1 change the color of the light that is much easyer on the eyes. And 2 it will make easyer to see in bad weather.
And fyi led lights do not put out much heat so in the winter they will ice over.
Oh your in for a world of hurt.....get either a under 10k box van or a ford transit.
If you do go used go have a good mechanic go over that van with a extra fine tooth comb....fyi have the driveshaft looked at hard along with wheel bearings.
Get u-joints and wheel bearings that can be greased...
Your basically trying to reinvent the wheel here with starting your own expedite company. I understand your probability tired of that cubicle and 4 monitors but your bills are paid and you have money saved up.....why risk all that????
