Hi Guys 2011 hino 338 is having hard start issues. Truck does start eventually but after long cranking time. Engine was rebuilt about 3 months ago. Has new secondary filter (bubbler) filter, new davco filter. fuel is below the ring. Poured fuel in glass to see if anti drain valve was stuck...
