Trump: "I am the least racist person anywhere in the world." (Source)

He'll have the chance to prove it as his hush-money trial proceeds. The likely judge is a Colombian-born, Hispanic immigrant. The prosecuting DA is an African American.

Since Trump is the self-proclaimed least racist person in the world, we can count on him to make no racist slurs, innuendos, insults or other such things as his trial proceeds, right?
But it's still ok to point out the Trump hating Lefty's prosecuting the case, right?

There's also the apparent intent on Bragg's part to have former Trump attorney Michael Cohen as a key witness against Trump. After Grand Jury testimony today that strategy may be blown up.
Good that you used the word "may." When you posted, it was also true that the strategy may not be blown up. Subsequent events show the grand jury was not swayed by the key witness (Robert Costello), and that his testimony did not deal " a major blow to the credibility of disgraced attorney Michael Cohen." As we can all now see, the grand jury voted to indict.

The problem is grand jury's are picked to indicted....and I bet braggs judge shopped because the judge does not like trump either.

Protests Non-Existent So Far

" ... Trump’s supporters appeared to largely stay home Friday following his historic indictment in New York City on Thursday evening, despite the former president calling for protests and warning of “death & destruction” over being charged—but police are nonetheless on heightened alert." You can point out anything you want. As I said above, now that Trump is a criminal defendant, the only arguments that count are those made in court.

Just a majority is needed. And it's in a NY. Voted for Biden over 70 percent. It's called lawfare. Prosecute your political opponents in a Leftist area by Leftist prosecutors and Leftist judges. This bastardizing of the judicial system wouldn't take place in most of middle America. They would lose the cases if they didn't get thrown out first.

Remember it’s against their policy to release “mugshots” to the public in NYC. Let’s see how quickly it gets released by them.

Of course this grand jury voted to indict. They were picked from a pool of Manhattan residents who voted >80% for Biden the same as they've voted heavily Democrat in at least the past three elections. The elected AG Bragg campaigned on "getting Trump", which might be grounds for appeal. The judge (also elected) is the one who recently ruled against the Trump organization and its CFO. It's been obvious from the beginning that Trump would be indicted and will not get a fair trial before an impartial judge and jury in Manhattan, NYC.

Didn't that district attorney in Missouri get fired for using the husband and wife that defended their home from blm/ antifa rioters in her campaign ads?

Nancy Pelosi expressed the sentiments and mindset of Democrats and Trump haters everywhere in this tweet:

"No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence..."

Arguments presented by an incompetent Soros funded “out to get Trump” prosecutor Bragg and his unhinged TDS tweeter assistant Reiss.

Trump will release it himself, will show it off as a kind of "badge of honor"
Considering trump has gotten $4million since the word dropped that he was indicted....maybe.
But adam schiff is a smug little liar and you can bet the former January 6th committee was all over braggs information.

Trump was impeached twice....and acquitted twice.
He is now indicted on 30+ counts one of them are a felony charge.....he will win and be acquitted on those too.
If they beat the felony charge he can still run for office. Misdemeanor charges will not block him from office.
