We've all seen the signs "kill a worker" xx.xx fine so many years in jail?
We were in the 35mph construction zone on 95 north just before the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Dump trucks lined up on the other side of the concrete barricade. A worker climbed up on the step of a dump truck, then proceeded to step up on the top of the barricade and do a "balance beam" walk for a few steps before jumping back down.
He did this when we were less than a truck length from him. If he'd have lost his balance we'd have hit him for sure.
What happens when the "worker" is just plain STUPID!!!
