Why Are There Small Holes In Airplane Windows?

Just after getting off a Delta flight this week - I was wondering.....what was with that little hole in the window.....

Vent to keep them from fogging up and also to allow for expansion in air pressure

I already knew that an I didn't realize it was a video so sorry for the correct answer!
