The biggest question would be what specific van. Some carriers will only sign on the stand up high vans and many also have age restrictions so make, model and year are among the first questions to ask/answer.
That knocks Load-1 off your suspect list which is really too bad as that's one of the best companies around. Unless something has changed, Fedex will sign on that van and isn't the worst choice you could make.
