Seen so many post on what companies charge for cargo vans and what they pay. Know one compamy that pays % of load but when a driver ask what did the load pay they get transfered to someone else then recording start. Seems most loads pay him .70 with .30 FSC if that is correct the company is bidding at $1.33 to cover FSC. Hardly believe it when another company pays $1.00 + .38 FSC I know of. I wouuld say most companies would want to be close to 60-40 split with the company getting 40 profit range so if the pay $1.00 they would have to bid it at 1.60 + FSC. So if the fsc charge is up now most loads are being bid around $2.00. I been in several serious conversations with friends of mine who are drivers to and none of us agree on anything but we feel the companies arn't always up n up with us on our loads. Most of us are on %'s
