Hey, is there anyone out there who might know if there is any company hiring drivers with a two year old felony?

Hiring them for what? TT, ST, CV/Sprinter What state do you live in? What is the conviction for? Drugs or theft will make it less likely.

If you're looking to lease on as an O/O, there are always carriers looking to add to their fleets. The question is whether there's enough volume to keep you rolling. If you're in a T/T or S/T, the opportunities are going to be greater. If you're looking to get into a C/V, plan to be sitting a lot.

As for your record, depending on the nature of it, it may or may not be an issue with some carriers and fleet owners. All you can do is apply and see what happens.

Carolina cargo also hires drivers with felonies. They call them selves a 2nd chance company.
