Shrooms don't show up on the DOT test, which makes it kinda silly, literally. What you do when you're not working shouldn't matter as long as you are sober when working, as Turtle said. I'm not condoning anything, I am just for maximal individual rights.
What about that legal weed now, which is on par with pot? I believe chemists redesign the cannabinoid molecules to surpass the laws. I'm not sure if they show up on DOT tests, but it isn't likely.
