Tennessee and North Carolina passed a law two days ago not allowing commercial vehicles to travel that road anymore, found that out last night when I came out of the mountains...lol my response was-I don't get daily emails from you guys letting me know what's allowed and what's not allowed..

That road's fun. Unless you're in a van. But I'm sure it's fun in a bike or in a little convertible.

I did it on my bike. A bike less that 950# would have been more fun.

Restriction to any vehicles over 30 feet long. Guess vanners can still drive thru?

I did on my Road King and again on my Royal Star, both took a muscle but I enjoyed it, my wife however did not.

421 is a treat from Boone to Bristol. Slowing down to 10, and still crossing the line, is something I would not want to try in anything but a sunny day.
