First of all to answer some question. We are a c-unit. We also have a minimum cost per mile set that we can make money at with our truck because its paid for. We were going to upgrade to a newer truck but that adds a truck payment back into the mix and will lower the bottom line. We were thinking a refer unit but now were wondering how long it will be before they lower the pay on WG and put them on flat rate. As far a the FSC. I know we don't get 100% but we did agree to the FSC rate as stated in the contract for a c unit. But that's a whole new can of worms.

Maybe on the surface you will be paid a %. How do you verify Tariff?
Same way you can. Either go to Uniontown and ask to see a copy of the paid invoice, or trust the carrier.
You'd also have to trust that the shipment hasn't been arranged through one of the parent company's other subsidiaries.
