terrastar towing

I have been looking at the crewcab international terrastar to use in hotshotting- I have been trying to find out how much they can tow? I want to mate it to a 30ft trailer. Thanks for any and all information.

If you intend to convert the back seat into a dot legal sleeper, measure it carefully. I did the F350/3 car trailer set-up in 2001. You had to remove the interior door panels. If the cop measured metal to metal you were legal. I didn't run it long enough to test the issue.

I've been hotshotting for a year and have never been asked where I slept last night. Just don't EVER log on line 2. It will be the death of you. ALWAYS log line 1 when off duty if you don't have a DOT legal sleeper.
