MSU rolls into Evanston and hands it to Northwestern after falling behind 17-0 in the 2nd quarter. And yes, Mark Dantonio proves yet again that he has the biggest stones in college football by pulling off a fake punt in the 4th quarter.

However, they continue to be shut out from the top in the BCS, checking in at 5;

1. Auburn
2. Oregon
3. Boise State
4. TCU
5. Michigan State

At any point, another #1 can fall and springboard Sparty up to the top. Where's Michigan? Probably still crying that they're slipping like the last two years.

The BCS is such a joke. They really need a playoff system in Division 1 football. They could structure the games in the bowl type setting then have a championship game. Oh well, that will probably never happen.
