This whole thing has gotten way out of hand.
I continually asked you guys to call to settle it offline and wished that you had.
I'm hanging up my hard feelings and moving on.
Sorry if I offend either of you in anyway.

Just because it's different, doesn't mean it's wrong!

I hope that's not truly a straight through run. 900 is too many for a non-stop run. Well, I guess in a van with no logs it could be done but can't see any other way it could be legal. Good luck though and be safe.

900 miler turned into an 1800 paid miler with the drop off goin 50 miles from home!!! most sucessful and shortest week yet. And this is not the best advice but i drove 1700 miles on 1 hr of sleep.

Do they call you a "professional driver" because you can drive so long on so little sleep? DUH

Please do us all a favor, the next time you decide to pull a stunt like that, let us know where you'll be so we can make sure none of OUR loved ones are anywhere close to you!

You make us all look bad.

Can you say COWBOY? Ppl like that scare the hell outta me when they drift across the line. Just because they give you a load like that doesn't mean you have to take it... and you shouldn't have. Doesn't matter if it took you to Valhalla, Bubba....that was an unnecessary stunt.

Go get the miles and the money but do it with your brain. Whatever you do, thank the good Lord nothing happened. Ask others of the stories of people getting killed that way or God forbid killing someone else. Don't turn down the shorter runs and you will make enough and will not have to do stupid things like that. I have no idea why you had to do that but be careful if you manage you accept/decline properly you will not have to run so hard. You are in control the days of over the roading are over while you are on board where you are now.Be careful I bet you have folks who care about you.

I admitted it wasn't the smartest thing so you can stick your "idiot" comment up your #####.. It was irresponsible but i wasn't smacking myself in the face to stay awake, i wasn't even drinking caffine.. we all have misjudgements, i admit to this and am still new to this, we can't all be perfect drivers like you DD.

This has nothing to do with being a perfect driver, driver. It has to do with operating responsibly and within the law. Don't expect to come on here and post something like that and everyone's going to pat you on the back and give you an atta boy! Not gonna happen. I see too many "cowboys" out there pushing 4 wheelers down the road and other stunts that they wouldn't dream of doing if it were THEIR family in the other vehicle. But then that wouldn't describe you because you just explained to us that you had everything under control!! Try telling that one to the judge.

Of all the things I've lost in my life, I think I miss my mind the most!!

I certainly did not look for any pats on the back or try and set any records and this is not my driving style.
And at what point did i ever say i had everything under control? I told you it was a mistake in judgement and at no point did i try and defent it. I told you the circumstances not looking for an "i understand" or "i've done it before" response. But the way i am chastized on here for ADMITTING a mistake it not even worth it to post on here..

I guess that would be when you said you didn't have to keep smacking yourself in the face to stay awake or drink any caffine.
