I called there for info, a year or so back. Was told by person who answered phone, who said he wasn't connected with company, just there doing some tech stuff for them (but who seemed to know a awful lot about them) "they aren't interested in O/O who want to run legal all the time". Take that for whatever you want.

There small not sure if they have 24 hour dispatch. I think drivers there do OK.
