who do you contac in oh to solve a problem with a company?
we have left panther ii they are holding a large sum of monies they are not returning any phone calls we have sent all thier permits back
qc and stickers just would like to know who to contac in oh for help not intending this post for bashing and please just information only on who to contac

Keep calling and bugging. Legally they have 45 days to return your escrow, and many have the experience of them milking every day before paying up.

I would start by going in person directly to Panther. Stay calm and polite.. If they refuse to see you and the problem doesn't get resolved talk to OOIDA. They know Attorneys that are experienced in this type of problem
