Mats follow up!

Despite the low temps at louisville, had an awesome time saw alot of old friends and met new ones! Fed over 1000 hungry drivers actually ran out of food on pasta night! We had to order pizza at the end of the night!lol already planning next years menu and reconfiguring dining area! We had seating for 40 people will be expanding to seat 100! See ya next year!

thanks john elliott and the gang for coming out and eating with us, hopefully everyone enjoyed the food despite freezing our giblets off!

to all of the crew you did a great job well done guys & gals yes it was a bit chilly was able to get a couple of bites of food before it would go cold but as the old saying goes ,

it is a poor guts that cannot warm up good cooking ..see ya next year hopefully the sun will come out next year ..
