There is a natural order in life that MAN should not mess with.....LOL

Sounds like another man that knows the 2 key words to a successful marriage... "Yes Dear."

No expo for me this year. I was hand picked for a very important assignment, getting 4 skids of Red Man chewing tobacco down to Louisiana.

Well another expo in the books and it was a good one. Lots of EO members in attendance and a lot of fun had by all. Casino night was great with lots of nice prizes. We won 50 bucks courtesy of Try Hours. The band afterwards was a good time as well. I think all who attended had a great time.

So to wrap it up we just want to put a big thanks out to Lawrence and the whole EO staff for a wonderful show and for all you do.

One last thing, congratulations to Josh & Abby on their engagement.

I agree - a big thanks to Lawrence and Carol and all the EO staff, as well as to John, Shelly and Christina at CIS and all the other vendors, like Ray with Espar, who help make the Expo a great gathering.

Went fishing in the Black River today in Lyons Falls, NY. First time I made it out this year and I'm hoping the weather improves for tomorrow.

Home. Dayton. Dead soldiers and empty shot glasses everywhere. Great to have family in but I'm soooo glad I don't have to drop until Monday morning.

Fished the Escanaba River yesterday. It was very slow, only one fish caught and 3 people were fishing. One guy did bust his forehead open with a lure and we had to come in early. Too bad he just did not say he wanted to go in, cutting your head open is a bit hard of a hint!

Heading home in an hour or so. Got an email yesterday the truck will be done at the first shop. Will be dropping it off at the second shop for the TVAL work and to have our APU repaired, the AC does not work when on shorepower. That shorepower stuff has been a problem from day one. It only took two tries to get the heat right, this will be the third shot at the AC. Maybe the third time will be the charm.

Then Monday we will be at Greene OH, for TVAL stuff.

True. I will prob. Or at least aim for locals and shorties. Although I've had in laws in and have been in for 9 days. I was WAY fortunate and ran from 0800-2000 last Friday. 4 miles DH on the front end and paid to get me thru home for Monday morning drop. $899 day for 610 miles. 3 "shorties" that lined up perfectly!!!

We are back home. Had a great time at the Michigan Ducks Unlimited State Convention. Now it's back to reality. The truck if finished at shop one. Picking it up later today then down to shop two to be ready for next week's TVAL testing.

I like shorties when they come like that....you can really make some DOLLAS....and shorties usually pay better then the long ones...you just need more of them...
I know it is very hard to STOP thinking MILES....but it really is about the MONEY...

Any time you can decrease the amount of miles driven and maintain the same income level, you are a winner...

Oh, I'm with you. From Friday morning thru my first drop this morning I was just over $1.25 per mile on 4 shorties and about 610 miles. Since then I've completed another horsy and about to pick up one for $1.73 per mile. With about 5 miles of deadhead. Good stuff.
