A year or so back there was a thread about the requirements to be considered an independant contractor. Could someone please find it for me.

Are your asking about how IRS determines whether someone is an employee or independant contractor ? If so there are a lot of grey areas . It may be best to give Frank at the tax questions section your specific circumstances .
